Orders Shipping Outside of the United States

Can an order be shipped outside of the United States?
Yes, we do have the ability to make international shipments. For international shipments, duties/taxes and brokerage/clearance fees may be incurred locally and are not included in our shipping charges.  You are responsible for Customs clearance in your country as this function is handled by the recipient not the shipper.

Please note that most First Class Mail International shipments have no tracking capability and have no insurance. Please only use this low cost shipping method if you are comfortable with the risk as we have no way to help make sure that your package gets delivered.  Most Priority Mail International shipments include tracking and insurance.

Please make sure that you track (if available) your shipment and are in touch with your local Postal office or Customs office to avoid any delivery problems or issues.

Rubicon Models USA is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or undeliverable packages once they are shipped from our facility.  Original shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
